Full Service Event Planning Package

This package is designed for clients who prefer a partnership in creating a custom event experience. As industry experts, we offer an insider experience throughout the planning process. This package includes:


  • Preliminary Event Strategy Session: A 60-minute virtual meeting to discuss the Client’s event plans, provide initial vendor recommendations, and establish strategies and timelines.


  • Ongoing Support Meetings: Ongoing meetings, venue visits, tastings, phone calls, and emails throughout the planning process.


  • Collaborative Approach: We work hand-in-hand with you, valuing your ideas, traditions, and vision while maintaining flexibility to adjust to your needs, review budget, and update vendor recommendations.


  • Vendor Coordination: The Planner will assume responsibility for vendor coordination, compiling the Client’s planning details into custom documents.


  • Day Of Coordination: The Planner and/or their team will coordinate setup, manage the event, oversee breakdown and cleanup afterward.


  • Rental Order: The planner will reserve, process and oversee any rental order associated with the event.


  • Site Map: The Planner will provide a schematic for the layout of the event. 


  • Organizational Document: The Planner will provide a shared organizational document via Google Drive.


Production fee on all services and vendors:

20% Standard full planning package

25% Wedding full planning package


$4,500.00 minimum planning fee.

Partial Event Planning Package Starting at $4,500

Often referred to as "Month Of" or "Day Of" this package is designed to support clients who prefer a DIY approach to event planning. As industry experts, we offer guidance throughout the planning process. This package includes:


  • Preliminary Event Strategy Session: A 60-minute virtual meeting to discuss the Client’s event plans, provide initial vendor recommendations, establish strategies and timelines.


  • Monthly Support Meetings: A 30-minute virtual meeting each month to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.


  • Milestone Check-in: An additional 60-minute virtual meeting at the Client’s discretion.


  • 30-Day Coordination: Thirty days before the event, the Planner will assume responsibility for vendor coordination, compiling the Client’s planning details into custom documents.


  • Day Of Coordination: The Planner and/or their team will coordinate setup, manage the event, oversee breakdown and cleanup afterward.


  • Vendor Recommendations: The Planner will provide vendor recommendations throughout the planning process.


  • Rental Order: The planner will reserve, process and oversee any rental order associated with the event. Often saving the client additional fees through other vendors.  


  • Complimentary Site Map: The Planner will provide a schematic for the layout of the event. 


  • Organizational Document: The Planner will provide a shared organizational document via Google Drive.

In House Event Planning Package Starting at $4,500

This package, is designed to support clients who prefer to have a refined event experience without extraneous involvement in the planning process. This package resources our exclusive, in house vendors and suppliers in order to produce the desired event environment for the client. This package includes:


  • Preliminary Event Strategy Session: A 60-minute virtual meeting to discuss the Client’s event preferences and needs as well as establish strategies and timelines.


  • Ongoing Support Meetings: A 30-minute virtual meeting each month throughout the planning process to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.


  • Event Design: The Planner works to develop an event vision through shared examples and joint brainstorming. Ideas, traditions, and vision are respected while maintaining flexibility to adjust to your needs and review your budget.


  • Vendor Coordination: The Planner will assume responsibility for vendor coordination, compiling the Client’s planning details into custom documents.


  • Day Of Coordination: The Planner and/or their team will coordinate setup, manage the event, oversee breakdown and cleanup afterward.


  • Rental Order: The planner will reserve, process and oversee any rental order associated with the event.


  • Complimentary Site Map: The Planner will provide a schematic for the layout of the event. 


  • Organizational Document: The Planner will provide a shared organizational document via Google Drive.


15% IN HOUSE Package production fee on all services and vendors. 


$4,500.00 minimum planning fee.

  • We navigate the overwhelming choices for you, using our in-depth knowledge of venues to find the perfect match for your event style, size, and budget.


  • We take the time to understand your vision and align it with venues that fit your logistical and aesthetic needs, ensuring your event feels exactly how you imagine it.


  • Thanks to our established relationships with local venues, we can offer you a streamlined process with some added perks you won’t find on your own.


  • Our team knows what to look for in venue contracts, and we can negotiate on your behalf. We aim to avoid hidden fees, tricky terms, and any surprises down the road.


  • Researching venues is time-consuming. We narrow down the best options and handle all the legwork, saving you valuable time and energy.


  • We arrange site visits, prompting you with the right questions and providing professional insights to help you make a confident choice.


Should you wish to book our Full Planning or IN HOUSE Packages your Venue Procurement fee will be applied to your total planning fee. Let us guide you through this crucial step in the planning process.
